While attempting to nap this afternoon I turned on the radio for some background noise. I usually have it just loud enough to provide a bit of white noise. But this time I could hear it was the Eagles game. I wound up listening there as I half dozed. I got up in the beginning of the fourth quarter and listened to the rest while doing some chores, hoping the Birds would score some points, any points, but No. They lost to the Cowboys 24-0. I haven't followed the team very consistently, but this was certainly their worst performance in my memory. Now I understand the same two teams play again next week. Hoo-boy!
